Quality control, in plain terms

Every batch is pulled from running production, not from a display shelf. We check draw resistance, airflow balance, charge behaviour, leak performance after a temperature shift, finish quality and carton integrity, and we keep the pull records against the order number.

We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.

Unit price versus landed cost

We publish a realistic band of 3.55 to 9.96 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
